Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Respond promptly to customer inquiries either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Handle and resolve customer complaints or direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keep and review records of customer interactions and transactions. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Follow up upon past-due account receivables. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Complete other duties as decided by supervisor. Degree in biology preferred. Good communication skills and positive attitude required.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Job Description: Teomics is seeking recent Ph.D. graduates with experience in assay development (proteomic, diagnostic and immunohistochemistry) to join our Research & Development team. This position provides the opportunity for a skilled and motivated postdoctoral researcher to gain industry experience while developing state of the art products and applications for Laboratory Medicine and Translational Medicine.  A Doctoral degree with at least two years of postdoctoral experience is required. Research Technician

Job Description: Plan, perform, report, present and troubleshoot experiments under the guidance of Scientist. Summarize and organize experimental data. Provide testing services and support the production of immunoassay products. Current projects will focus antibody development and characterization. Minimal requirements: Bachelor degree in Biology or related science plus at least two years of related laboratory experience. Have a working knowledge of scientific principles. Be able to work independently. Be able to summarize and present work in the meeting. Have good communication skills.
